The Adoption Support & Preservation Program provides telehealth and in-home services to families with children who have been adopted or for whom guardianship has been awarded through the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services. As a Clinical Case Manager in the Adoption Support & Preservation Program you will provide comprehensive case management, advocacy, linkage, and crisis intervention, all with a goal of preserving and strengthening families.
Candidate qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field with three years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with an evidence-based or evidence-informed treatment modality, such as Theraplay, the ARC framework, or other trauma-informed practice a plus
- A valid driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle required.
Job details:
- Compensation: Range starts at $52,624; offers are commensurate with experience and bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation
- Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance, 3+ weeks paid time off in the first year including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day (PTO increases with tenure); 11 paid holidays, supplemental insurance options, 401(k) with match (more benefits details here)
- Location: Hybrid (remote/community-based). Therapy provided via telehealth or in-home in Southeastern Illinois locations. Clinical Case Managers work from home/preferred remote location during telehealth services and when not attending in-home visits.
- Schedule: Full-time, salaried; general business hours with some flexibility for evening appointments as needed to accommodate client schedules. Staff participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours crisis calls.
- Student Loan Forgiveness: Brightpoint is an approved agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
