Your New Role
The Creative Project Coordinator, Campaign Management & Ops is responsible for managing the creation and delivery of thousands of assets per year that will be distributed to the HBO, Max linear and streaming services as well as social and paid media and off-channel advertising. Working with internal teams, the coordinator is directly responsible for managing the end-to-end process for all assets while also working closely with the several different organizational teams. Acting as the liaison between design team and external partners. This includes but is not limited to overall project timelines, maintaining client communications and partner relations.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Project-manage the development, production and distribution of a campaign's promotional assets across HBO, Max Linear and streaming services.
- Oversee the details of each promo in a campaign: managing deadlines, following up on legal and creative approval, end page messaging, etc.
- Act as the main point of contact for a given campaign to a Creative Director and team of Producers, providing daily operational support and guidance
- Liaise between client groups to best serve the network's promotional priorities
- Consult with the Originals Marketing, Creative Services and Campaign Management teams on long- and short-term marketing goals
- Keep Campaign Management databases current and accurate to ensure timely exchange of information with other internal groups
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- A minimum of 2 years relevant project management experience in the media/entertainment field
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility. Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and/or Airtable
- Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization
- Knowledge of post-production concepts
- Experience with paid advertising and new media platforms preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
