Creative Services Project Manager

As Creative Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all creative projects at Baked by Melissa. Responsibilities include ensuring that all creative projects are created on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Our ideal candidate has strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for creative projects, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Create and manage projects in Asana, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of project status and progress.
• Work closely with Design Manager to assign projects, optimizing workload and assignments across the Creative team.
• Manage creative production processes, including concept development, design, copywriting, photography and video production, and asset management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing project updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Review all creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and project requirements.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring projects are delivered on budget.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management in a Creative Services environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in project management software, Asana preferred.
