Complete quality reviews of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project specifications and managed performance against expectations.Ensure project briefs are kept up to date and saved accordingly to the SharePoint site.Initiate problem-solving for any impediments the team encountersTeam leadership, guidance, and leading by example, including but not limited to professionalism, achieving project delivery goals, and communicationOrganize daily/weekly business unit meeting agendas for the assigned franchise: Pull all new projects that require kick-offs and ensure the point of contact is prepared to address them at the business unit meeting.Ensure that project tracking grids are up to date and prepared for review.Monitor and guide project revenue shifts.Update and maintain team documents on the Project Management SharePoint sitePerform other tasks required to ensure successful development and deployment of client deliverablesTalent ProfileUnderstanding of Medical/Pharma regulationsMedical Communications/Event Planning ExperienceProject Management ExperienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
