Summary of Job Function:
Responsible for prompt, courteous reception of all Foundation telephone calls and office visitors. Also responsible for the efficient clerical operation and support of Special Events, Annual Giving and Gift Planning efforts. Responsible for Central File management as well as timely donor acknowledgements. Can provide back-up to Bookeeper/AP Clerk as needed. Diplomat Program interaction as required. Can build reports and queries for mailings and list management. Provide Gift Shop clerking as needed. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.areas) and medical errors, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus business, secretarial, or college courses preferred.
