We are currently looking for a highly skilled Controller to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Controller reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting processes, as well as the management of the General Accounting department. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting, reporting and control procedures to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements. This position involves performing to deadlines while managing various accounting activities, including but not limited to maintaining general ledger integrity, financial reporting, the year end audit, process improvement, and FP&A activities including the support of budget and forecast processes. The Controller will be required to maintain working relationships with senior-level managers across the organization.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close and reporting processes.
2. Assists with cash/liquidity management processes including reporting, analysis and banking activities.
3. Performs timely and accurate monthly and quarterly debt compliance requirements.
4. Assists with FP&A activities, including variance analysis, business analytics and the budget process.
5. Monitors department work flow to improve resource utilization while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
6. Responds to inquiries related to financial results from management across the organization.
7. Manages and insures the integrity of the general ledger.
8. Assists in the development and implementation of new controls and accounting processes and procedures.
9. Provides training to new and existing staff as needed.
10. Manages personnel issues relating to staff development and performance expectations.
11. Assists with the development and implementation of various financial analysis and reporting systems.
12. Assists the CEO, CFO and senior management team with special projects.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
1. BA/BS in business, with an emphasis in Accounting.
3. Prior health care experience preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
