We are looking for a go-to person for processing new contractor, vendor, and partner requests. Using ServiceNow/Jira. In this role, you'll ensure all onboarding forms and documentation are completed accurately. You'll also update the HRIS system and monitor the status of background investigations related to new hire announcements.

This means communicating clearly and professionally with both internal employees and external candidates about personal data and onboarding processes. - Respond to all emails and requests that come into the Contractor Support inbox.
- Initiate, track status, and advise appropriate parties of background check status for contractors and vendors.
- Follow up and research expired background invitations through communication with contractor/vendor, business area manager, security, IT and onboarding.
- Consistently report out status of contractors/vendors throughout various stages of the process to partners, internally and externally.
- Track and send notifications to managers for contractors who are approaching their end date, processing extension requests and terminations, partnering with IT to extend or disable network access.
- Recognize opportunities for efficiencies in processes, and come forward with recommendations and plans to put changes in place, maintaining crisp and clear process maps and step-by-step Contractor guidelines.
- 1-3 years of experience in an Operational, Administrative or Support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed and complex working environment.
- Strong email and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with brevity and purpose.
- Ability to establish relationships across teams.
- Ability to listen to and understand business requirements.
