ITA is seeking a Program Manager to join the team in Washington, DC.

Please note this position is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Summer 2024.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee critical projects and initiatives within the Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the full program, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with CBP objectives and priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of DHS operations and mandates.

• Develop and implement program plans, strategies, and objectives in alignment with CBP goals and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and project staff in executing program activities and deliverables according to established timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation and resolve issues.
• Ensure program activities and deliverables meet established quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and evaluations to assess program performance and adherence to CBP policies and procedures.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and briefings on program status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and decision-makers.
