Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Customer Onboarding Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of TTSI’s Customer Onboarding experience
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new TTSI clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather necessary information and documentation from clients
- Analyze client needs and develop customized onboarding plans
- Provide training and support to clients on our platform and services
- Collects and responds to feedback with focused support for identified customer needs and challenges
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Sales, Accounting, Customer Service, Operations) to enhance customer experience and ensure metrics are met to customer expectation
- Support timely completion of customer Requests for Information (RFIs) and set up of customer information in TTSI system

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns

Qualifications
Job skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Experience with outbound calling and phone etiquette
- Excellent Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, scheduling)
- Versed in documenting and reporting skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Skills a Plus/ Previous work experience:
- Customer Service Background
- Familiarity with 3rd party carrier registration sites (RMIS, MyCarrierPackets, etc.) for providing company information related to billing information, insurance certificates, key contacts, and/or equipment & driver counts by division.
- Sales and/or Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
- Prior experience with other software or relevant tools to enhance their abilities
