A Day in the Life of a Contract Specialist
The Contract Specialist will apply knowledge of contract principles to administer contracts and identify potential or existing contract risk or issues and provide solutions. The Contract Specialist will assist the team in contract administration of Toole's subcontractors and vendors, support and recommend actions to ensure mutually satisfactory performance on contracts including processing, reviewing, and drafting.

Administrative duties for coordination of contract completion
We are targeting a salary of $60,000 to $80,000 for this postion.
Work Schedule for a Contract Specialist
This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. The Silver Spring office of Toole Design is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Silver Spring Station on the Metro's Red Line, and from multiple bus lines. The office is easily accessed on foot, by bicycle, and via transit.

Requirements
Qualifications of a Contract Specialist
A Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate; additional experience considered in lieu of a degree
3+ years working with Contract Reviews OR working in the legal field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of a professional services business environment is a plus
