Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare and draft contracts, amendments, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for contract development and execution
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
- Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are met by all parties involved
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contract management
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
- Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
