The Service Contract Specialist works closely internally (service and sales) and with customers, to manage the company’s large quantity of service agreements. They also handle day-to-day administrative activities related to this position. This role serves as the primary contact for NAC customers and employees, for anything regarding service contracts.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage service agreements and project contracts.
- Creating new sites and customers as needed.
- Identify and ensure service contract changes, adjustments, renewals, and cancellations, and communicate the contract status with sales and AR teams.
- Generate monthly invoices.
- Perform billings for the maintenance and T&M work orders. Submit edits to Operations Manager for approval. (roughly 45 daily)
- Liaison between sales department, accounting teams and customers
- Resolve service contract billing disputes and delinquent accounts with customers.
- Post journal entries as needed for cost transfers.
- Handle approved credit memos and refunds for customers.
- Daily reconciliation of bank postings in ERP.
- Process month end journal entries.
