```Duties```
Process Subcontracts for Vendors and Subcontractors with the assistance of Project Managers.
Maintain proper workers compensation and general liability certificates for all subcontractors and vendors.
Maintain accounting records of all AP and AR on vendors and subcontractors in company accounting software.
Communicate with vendors and subs regarding AP and AR.
Balance monthly Subcontractor and Vendor Statements.
Ensure all Vendor and Subcontractor invoices accompany proper Lien Waivers and Insurance requirements.
General office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, emails, filing, and general paperwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required, ie. Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
