The Role:
We're on the hunt for a masterful writer to join our in-house specialist marketing team. We're looking for someone to help tell our brand and product stories to the right audience, in the right way.
This role will be responsible for writing content that hits home, precisely speaking to the needs of our target audience. This person will develop content to support our inbound marketing pipeline, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, video scripts, web copy and social media.
Our ideal candidate has SaaS experience delivering content across the entire customer lifecycle that attracts, educates, converts and retains. If you've got an eagle eye for detail, experience in SaaS content development and get excited about developing copy that converts, read on!

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content for a variety of channels to support marketing lead generation, including email, social media, blogs, case studies, video and web copy.
- Generate thought leadership content, such as eBooks, white papers, trend reports, webinar assets, and best practices guides, to establish our company as a leader in the onboarding and I-9 verification space.
- Work with our SEO consultant to ensure all web copy is SEO-informed and optimized for visitation and readership, always prioritizing reader experience.
- Own the execution of our pillar-based content strategy
- Contribute to GTM and lead generation efforts with supporting content
- Own organic performance metrics to enhance content effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web publishing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, SalesLoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on insight.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience and a passion for the HR tech industry is a plus!
What We Offer You: Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
- This is a full time, non-exempt position

Travel Required:
WorkBright is a 100% remote company; however 5% travel may be required for various in-person meetings ranging from team meetings to staff functions.
