Skill Set and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Previous experience in content creation, photography, or videography
• Proficient in using cameras, video equipment, and photo editing software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan and execute content capture at various events, projects, and job sites
• Utilize video and photo equipment to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand image
• Edit and enhance captured content to create visually appealing and engaging social media posts
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy retrieval and repurposing
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation
