Compensation:$68,000 - $72,000
Responsibilities:- Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, conducting site inspections
- Prepare credit write-ups
- Work with the Document Department in loan closing
- Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups
- Review and monitor loans post-closing
- Prepare departmental forms, reports, and notices
- Provide client services
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
