Responsibilities
•Originate floating-rate Commercial Real Estate Loans
•Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
•Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
•Determine appropriate pricing and loan structure
•Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing
•Assist in the collection of accounts
•Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
•Establish and maintain relationships with loan brokers
•Attend CRE-related events and networking mixers
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree required
•Minimum 1 year of commercial lending experience
•Strong credit analysis and accounting background
•Ability to analyze financial information
•Excellent communication skills
•Strong client relations skills
