Real Estate Agent - Commercial - Multifamily

Overview:
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and tenacious new Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a new member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and cultivating new business via cold calling, and we will teach you how to master this skill, and how to navigate the sale process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

-COLD CALLING
- Assist clients in buying and selling commercial apartment buildings.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct property showings to potential buyers
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their Real Estate needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with current Real Estate market trends and property values
- Market properties through various platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements

Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate license in the state of CA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate and advocate for clients' best interests
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel.

Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
