Job Description:
Clemens Insurance is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service to our clients, with a primary focus on commercial lines and life/health insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and provide information related to insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products based on their individual needs.
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, data entry, and communication.
- Maintain organized and accurate client records and files.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
- Knowledge of commercial lines and life/health insurance products is a plus.
