INSURANCE ACCOUNT OFFICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES AGENT REP – INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES
Metro Chicago State Farm Insurance & Financial Services Agency seeks an experienced insurance professional. You’ll provide all customers support services and sales for our personal/commercial insurance customers.

Responsibilities
- Use a insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
- Understanding and offering recommended additional insurance coverages to existing and new customers
- Quote & Process insurance proposals for new business all lines of insurance products and find a way to close the sale.
- Prepare and issue midterm endorsements requests and certificate of insurance forms.
- Answer calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of service.
- Review accounts during all communication to maximize discounts and address all gaps in coverages
- Confirms policies and endorsements for accuracy in a timely fashion.
- Performs timely follow-up and resolution related to potential cancellations
- Completes all items accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses
- Current/recent insurance experience preferred.
- Sales and Customer Service experience in the insurance industry.
- Ability to market insurance products and insurance services based on customer needs
- Ability to set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of insurance transactions and other responsibilities.
- Proactive in problem solving
- Strong Communication skills both with Customers and Coworkers
- Experience with insurance office applications and agency software
