Newling Insurance - Allstate Agency is located in Villa Park, IL and we have an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Sales Professional. We seek an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated candidate to join our team. We offer a flexible schedule and a relaxed office atmosphere that's been in the community for over 40 years. Responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
- Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and process policy changes.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities with current and new customers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about insurance products and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Help assist with claims and challenges that our customers may face.
Requirements
- P&C Licensed
- 2-3 years of insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability to work in a non-remote setting and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales or Customer Service.
