• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
• Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
• Advise and educate clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
• Seize the chance to leave the office for designated Marketing Days, engaging in activities such as distributing business cards, meeting local businesses, and promoting the agency at events.

• Property and Casualty License required.
• 3+ years of Sales Experience is Required.
• Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge.
