No previous experience is required; we offer licensing assistance for those new to the insurance world. Candidates who have the heart and drive to succeed can expect a Base Hourly Salary of $15- $16 and earn even more with our competitive commission structure.

Experienced applicants start with a Base Hourly Salary of $16- $20+ and will be eligible for paid commission splits based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Advise and educate clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
- Seize the chance to leave the office for designated Marketing Days, engaging in activities such as distributing business cards, meeting local businesses, and promoting the agency at events.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required.
- 3+ years of Sales Experience is Required.
- Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
