Metro Chicago North State Farm Insurance Agent's office now hiring for a Bilingual Spanish-Customer Service Representative(CSR)

Responsibilities:
- Insurance sales and customer acquisition: Engage with prospective insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
- Insurance lead generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Insurance consultative selling: Conducting in-depth insurance consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Insurance customer relationship management: Building strong and lasting relationships with insurance customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and insurance team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the insurance agency.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or Customer Service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch Customer Service.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
- Insurance Licenses: Possessing Illinois Insurance Producer Licenses would be advantageous. If not, the ability to obtain licenses asap would be mandatory.
