Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Strong data entry skills for accurate and efficient record keeping
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling opportunities
