Collection Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Collection Specialist dedicated to providing top recovery in an ethical, goal oriented, and rewarding work environment where you will have the ability to increase your income based on performance. You will be responsible for managing consumer accounts through telephone and correspondence contact for recovery of debts. A good candidate will have a professional telephone presence with great communication and negotiation skills. You will need to be assertive yet diplomatic, driven, and detail oriented, with a good credit history and an ability to motivate people to meet their obligations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficient computer skills

- Learn and comply with appropriate federal and state laws

- Ability to remain cool, calm and collected in every situation

- Excellent attendance record with prior employers

- Professional dress

- Ability to multi-task

Pay starts at $20 per hour and will increase with performance based commission compensation plan. Benefit package included.
