Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate cultivation records for our cannabis cultivation compliance platforms including but not limited to plant tags, plant inputs, plant location accuracy, waste tracking and harvest accuracy including weighing and movement of final product
- Maintain accurate fulfillment and sales records for our cannabis cultivation compliance platforms including but not limited to product splits during trimming, inventory adjustments, sales invoicing and manifesting, and product delivery
- Ensure the operation always adheres to all state and regulatory policies per state compliance
- Callout compliance gaps, or potential areas for compliance gaps, as identified, and follow through that items are addressed
- Regularly audit work completed by grow and fulfillment teams including inventory, both during tasks and after, highlighting gaps in processes or final work as identified
- Regularly conduct facility walk throughs to audit the overall facility state to ensure compliance
- Regularly audit cannabis cultivation compliance platforms and operations to ensure compliance such as but not limited to inventory, inventory adjustments, plant counts, invoices, manifests, or waste logs
- Assist your manager and the Operations Director in monitoring adherence to the company’s compliance SOPs, highlighting gaps as identified
- Consistently support the team in the maintenance of compliance during everyday operations
- Assist the Operations Director in building sound internal operations controls and monitor adherence to them
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as needed
- Other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- 2+ year experience working with an inventory/ compliance tracking system (METRC experience )
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining order and accuracy with records
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Analytical mindset and interest in understanding the complexities of procedures and regulation
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to find and solve problems on your own
- Self-motivation to address issues as seen regardless of external inputs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Positive attitude day in and day out
- Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work
- Desire and ability to take ownership over your work
- Experience working with METRC
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must be able to lift up to 10lbs regularly
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Working Hours:
- M-F: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Full Time or Part Time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
