Job Description
- Must have medical laboratory knowledge
- Manage all inquiries for service
- Maintain accounts by providing routine followups
- Assist clients with onboarding and education of services
- Maintain proficient level of competitive knowledge.
- Adhere to all State and Federal guidelines
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements (HIPAA)
- Adhere to Encompass Laboratories Code of Ethics and Compliance Policies and Protocols
