Sales Account Manager, Clinical Research

Role and Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform new client calls
• Enthusiastically complete client outreach efforts

• Send prospective client work orders and execute contracts
• Research new client contacts and generate new outreach endeavors
• Completes multiple competing tasks in expected timelines
• Occasionally travel as needed to prospective sites to create long term relationships
• Demonstrate excellent people-skills and professionalism

• Meet base KPIs for client outreach, calls, and contracts each month
• Maintains responsiveness to client communications and resolve queries within an urgent and timely manner
• Must be able to work independently on tasks while supporting the company vision
• Works proactively to accomplish all tasks and address departmental gaps
