Lvn Clinical Site Manager - In Patient - Night Full Time - Houston

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Full Time Night Clinical Site Manager position in the Houston area.
Job Description:
The Clinical Manager works closely with the site Administrator. Job duties include, scheduling certified nurse assistants, assists with monthly in-services, orders supplies, including wound care. Also oversees reports for falls, infections, etc.
Qualifications:

• Associate degree (A.A.), or equivalent from a 2 - year college
• 3 years of LVN experience, and QA experience - preferred
• Must have at least one yar of experience in home health, hospice, or related field
• Must be able to speak and write effectively
• Must work well with other disciplines in order to coordinate patient care
• Be able to prepare forms form pre and post payment audits
• Must be licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have experience working with with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Must have strong organizational and management skills
• Must be able to multitask different responsibilities effectively
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
