JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Coordinator is a leadership position working closely and under the supervision of the department director. The Clinical Coordinator works with other departments of the hospital to enhance patient care and promote staff satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator supervises the operations under the department director
Generally this will include:
1. Schedule.
2. Staff development i.e. in services training and lead peer documentation review.
3. Marketing and community relations
4. Recruiting.
5. Policy and procedure review.
6. Payroll
7.Coordinate volunteers and students
8.Assist with performance appraisal process.
9. Other tasks as instructed by the department director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education
Must be a licensed speech therapist, occupational therapist or physical therapist in the state of Idaho.
BLS certification required.
Driver's license, dependable transportation and auto insurance.
Successfully complete the Gritman Competencies.
Minimum Work Experience
Experience in supervisory positions.
