Responsibilities:

This position is at the forefront of our practice, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage patient appointments, ensuring schedules are accurate and efficient.
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, and collect payments.
• Perform insurance verifications
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding patient experiences.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and general administrative tasks.
• Harness your expertise in QuickBooks, Office 365 and CharmHealth EHR for financial and administrative duties.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for efficient billing and financial management.
• Strong command of Office 365 applications to streamline administrative tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, radiating positivity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
