Responsibilities:
This position is at the forefront of our practice, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage patient appointments, ensuring schedules are accurate and efficient.
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, and collect payments.
- Perform insurance verifications
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding patient experiences.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and general administrative tasks.
- Harness your expertise in QuickBooks, Office 365 and CharmHealth EHR for financial and administrative duties.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for efficient billing and financial management.
- Strong command of Office 365 applications to streamline administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, radiating positivity and professionalism.
