Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating all transfers in and out of the facility. Works with Portneuf service lines, transport agencies, and referring hospitals to ensure smooth and efficient consultations and transfers. Uses clinical education and experience to connect providers and patients to the appropriate services line.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Clinical Registered Nurse license in the state of Idaho.
- 2 years experience required (preferred Emergency Department or Flight)
- Current BLS certification within 90-days
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Clinical professional licensure (EMS, CNA, LPN, etc.) highly preferred.
