Clinic Office Administrator

We are a mid-sized clinic located in the Midwest searching for a responsible and dependable Front Office Administrator for our Glenview IL office. This is a full-time position with office hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PM. We also offer on the job training, sick/vacation time, health benefits, paid holidays, and 401K with a company match!

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients in a courteous and compassionate manner
• Verifying patients have completed all necessary paperwork
• Scheduling patients
• Answering a multi-line switchboard telephone system
• Verifying Insurance Coverage and Authorization
• Checking patient benefits
• Entering demographics in EMR
• Scanning and filing documentation
• Pull charts and prepare for next day
• Ordering devices for patients
• Typing notes and filing paperwork
• Collecting payments

Requirements:

• Must have a friendly and positive attitude
• Must have professional phone etiquette
• Must be punctual
• Must have good organizational skills
• No Working Remotely
• Must be able to multi task

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
