The Office Manager will partner with the Medical Director and Area Clinic manager and is responsible for many aspects of the business. This is a “hands-on” position, and the Hospital Manager is expected to assist the hospital in various areas including:
· Customer service/front desk duties
· Complaint resolution
· Managing and training the support team
· Support team performance evaluations
· Creating schedules for all team members
· Inventory and budget management
· Ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
· Monitoring hospital flow
· Willingness to jump in where needed.
Your qualifications:
· Experience in the veterinary field is strongly preferred!
· 3+ years of leadership experience is required.
· Experience managing and training teams.
· Positive attitude
· Effective and collaborative communication
