Job Description:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bespoke Fence, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth. You will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and take the company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in all operational aspects of the business, including production, logistics, inventory, and project management. Develop and execute operational plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, installation crews, production crews, sales people, and operations staff. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in all installation projects, ensuring that the company's reputation for excellence is upheld.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to manage the company's budget, monitor financial performance, and make strategic decisions to maximize profitability.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and licensing requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests and assets.
- Performance Metrics: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track and measure operational success.
Compensation:
