Power Dental Studio is a full-service state-of-the-art dental laboratory specializing in the delivery of a wide variety of dental oral prosthetics, such as All-On-X-Hybrid, Digital Design Services, Crown and Bridge and Removables. We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officerto join our stellar team! Experience in the dental space and in dental laboratory management and production in particular are required.

The position is reports to the CEO, is based onsite in our Lisle, Illinois laboratory, with a Monday – Friday schedule and includes the following responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

· Lead and supervise a team of department heads and managers.

· Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

· Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with overall company objectives.

· Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

· Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

· Strong program management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

· Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.

· Proficient in budgeting and financial management to drive cost-effective operations.

· Proven experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

· Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

· Extensive knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
