Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Description: Sanford Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Chief Operating Officer to:

· Proven track record of leadership and operational management experience, preferably in a scientific research or government contracting environment.

· Demonstrated understanding of DOE contracting processes, federal regulations, and compliance requirements.

· Experience working in a research or scientific laboratory setting.

· Past Experience as operating Manager.

Job Requirements:

- Master of Management-related field.

- PMP or related certification is required.

- Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience related to Scientific research.
