COMPENSATION:
- $200,000 to $250,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

This practice operates 30 clinics throughout the Chicagoland area. The COO will travel to clinics on an as-needed basis, also working out of the corporate office in Mokena - with remote work days permitted to reasonably accommodate employee needs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive team, providing overall strategy and leadership in the area of clinic operations. The overall areas of responsibility for this position include:
- clinic site operations
- customer service
- operational support for ABA and Pediatric Therapy service areas
- front desk operations
- patient intake and continuity operations
- marketing
Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- increase clinic engagement, performance, and profitability
- integrate clinical and operational departments to collaborate on shared goals
- oversee a KPI-based, P&L-anchored system of accountability
- advise CEO on staffing models, workflow improvements, and escalated operational issues
- increase cross-department supports by providing integrated meetings, trainings, and tools
- increase the standardization of operations across all clinical sites
- provide executive-level leadership to direct reports and peers
- review clinic reports across departments to identify issues for improvement
- strategize and develop efficiencies for intake, waitlist management, and patient continuity
- provide consistent training and support to Clinic Operations Managers
- oversee marketing to attract mission-aligned candidates and new patients in need of care
- develop therapist scheduling options that balance patient need and therapist preference
- strategize and implement tactics to increase patient attendance rates
- create non-siloed data transparency
The COO will elevate the performance of operations by defining the vision, executing a supportive strategy, identifying gaps in current operations and proposing solutions,
introducing innovative process solutions, and increasing systems of accountability and
standardization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years executive-level leadership experience in a relevant environment
- 10+ years senior-level operations experience in a relevant environment
- leadership experience in organizations of 300+ FTEs
- strong background in therapy service delivery or behavioral health preferred
- track record of high-level execution on corporate initiative and follow-through
- proven ability to give, receive, and act decisively on feedback
- ability to communicate effectively in difficult situations
- ability to be a visionary, vocal, participatory executive leader
- entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a growing environment
