Change Management Practitioner Business Analyst - Consultant
Hourly rate $70/hr. - $75/hr. C2C preferred - Contract with possible contract to hire

Location: Hybrid working role in the Chicagoland IL area with ability to travel to LOOP area every once!
Project could be over a one year period.
Key Points of the role:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Organizational Change, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in corporate environment, with previous experience in IT Systems Process and Org Design and Business Requirements
Prior experience in Change Management or organization change/training
Change management certification or designation desired
POSITION SUMMARY:
The plan is to implement D365 and we require Change Management and project management talent to lead us through these challenges.
This role of Change Management Practitioner will align to play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives are met by increasing employee adoption and usage.
This person will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use new business processes, ERP technology, and job roles.
A change manager's main responsibility is to develop and implement Change Management strategies alongside our implementation partner and plan to maximize employee adoption and usage.
Similarly, the change manager will support the ERP project team to integrate Change Management activities with their user acceptance testing and training plans.
Primary responsibilities and/or essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Apply a structured methodology and lead Change Management activities. Leverage a Change Management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications across the organization
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Lead training efforts by providing input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs; execute training sessions on-site
Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics including resistance from business users
Consult and coach process owners and ERP team on best training practices
Create actionable deliverables for the core Change Management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people with a wide range of experience
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Integrate Change Management activities into the project plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Hybrid working model
