Job Summary:
The individual will oversee and manage various activities of the Change and Configuration Management processes, assuming multiple roles and collaborating with others across the processes, including Change Manager, Change Sponsor, Configuration Manager, and Configuration Librarian/Document Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate Change Request submission and evaluation, liaising with appropriate approval authorities, and tracking status.
Collaborate with external agencies to process network change requests.
Update Change Management Support Groups and provide training to Change Sponsors.
Attend Enterprise Change Advisory Board meetings and perform audit analyses.
Facilitate process improvements and act as a Quality Assurance Representative.
Assist in training and documentation development, managing assignment and release of change requests and associated documentation.
Serve as a subject matter expert in the assigned areas of responsibility.
Assist Program Management Offices or MAJCOMs in the fielding of new system requirements and major modifications to the Air Force Network.
