This position is located at our Bannockburn, IL office Tuesday thru Thursday.

Key Job Activities:

• As part of the Organizational Change Management team you will support our work to increase the adoption of changes within our organization. You will also support the growth of change leadership capabilities within the organization.
• Develop and publish a variety of change related communications including Job aids, Intranet pages, emails and presentations related to transformational change projects.
• Support a change champion network, conducting meetings, and working with the network to identify topics, challenges, and feedback and provide support including tracking down subject matter experts and answers to questions.
• Identifying opportunities for Change Management activities and support within our current programs.
  

Experience:

• Current undergraduate or graduate level student, or recent graduate, with an interest in or concentration in HR, Organizational Effectiveness and/or Organizational Change Management
• Previous experience or understanding of Change Management concepts and work in stakeholder identification and management, people transitions, and basic organizational Change Management concepts would be helpful
• Motivated, energetic, ready to jump in to new situations
• Prefer students entering their junior or senior years or recent graduates
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbally
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience in web design and SharePoint would be helpful
• Must be 18 years or older, with a HS diploma or equivalent
