Job description:

3 must haves skills:

• 10+ years experience,
• large scale organization change (10,000+ employees),
• experience on building overall Change Management strategies.

Preferred Experience:

• Airline experience a plus!
• Change Management with an organization with a Union workforce with 10K – 20K employees

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate of Science in Business Administration, Organizational Change Management, communications, Project management or similar field.
• Experience supporting clients in Change Management.
• Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $44.25 - $70.29 per hour
