Currently, we are looking for an experienced Change Management & Training Consultantto join our team! This is a full-time, remote, and individual contributor role that can sit anywhere in the US or Canada. Travel may be when needed to client siterequired.Join the AST team and make an impact - you will deliver innovative solutions by collaborating across the firm and with clients to drive critical change transformation programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete stakeholder assessments, understanding the environment and impacts of the changes with guidance from a Change Leader
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchy
- Facilitate change conversations and/or workshops, and build strong relationships
- Define the OCM strategy and related action plans necessary to successfully influence user adoption using AST change tools and accelerators, working with a Change Leader
- Actively engage a change agent network within a client
- Deploy feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of the change and Training activities
- Collaborate with internal/external clients to develop training programs using existing delivery platforms and tool to achieve defined learning targets
- Revise, modify and update training materials/presentations to accommodate define needs
- Track training outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives
- Gather feedback on sessions from attendees for improving future content and presentation
- Contribute to COE success by recommending/leading innovation and development initiatives
- Participate in new business development, marketing and thought leadership activities
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience with Change Management programs within large-footprint ERP implementations (Oracle Cloud, SAP, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years consulting experience in CM and/or training within large-scale IT implementations
- PROSCI and/or ACMP certification preferred
- Experience with Digital Adoption programs such as OGL (Oracle Guided Learning), WalkMe or Whatfix preferred
- Willingness to be hands on – leading and implementing.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, along with dynamic presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse, mostly remote team
- Organized, detailed orientated, and willing to plan and track to a project plan
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision and willing to step in to help the team, where needed
- Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
