Car Biller/Accounting Specialist-Noa

Paid Time Off:

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and billing car deals
• Reconciliations (Monthly Physical Inventory, Flooring, various monthly accounting recs)
• Wholesale posting and title work
• Accounting Schedules (research and journal entries)
• Follow up on Receivables, update notes in electronic
• Dealer Trades
• Other tasks available as directed by our Accounting management team. Cross Training is provided by one of our qualified Accounting Admins.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.(billing, titles, wholesales, purchases, payables, etc)
• Good social and interpersonal skills
• Strong record of positive Customer Happiness results
• Collaborative and eagerness to improve
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines

Pay: $23-$28 an hour D.O.E.
