Type of Employment: Contract (6 months)
Compensation: $22-25 per hour
Location: Vancouver WA
Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Vancouver WA, which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
Following up on overdue accounts
Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices
To be a suitable candidate, you must have:
A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Accounts Receivable
Strong customer service abilities
Proficiency in multitasking
Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications
