The position serves in various administrative and financial capacities. This position provides direct support to the Adult Services Division Director. Successful candidates will have substantial experience in office administration, presentations, project management, and writing/editing documents.

WORK SCHEDULE/CONDITIONS: This is an on-site position, scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. This position meets the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is overtime eligible with supervisory pre-approval. This position is not represented by a union.

Job Duties
- Directly support the division director in the development and coordination of programs or projects as assigned.
- Participate in strategic planning efforts and help develop and/or revise policies and procedures as assigned.
- Research and analyze contracts for additional detail as assigned.
- Analyze and evaluate data for assigned research projects and technical systems, assess program models, and prepare summary reports.
- Draft, interpret, and provide the division director with information on administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in strategic planning efforts and help develop, implement, and evaluate methods for monitoring existing and new division systems to support work activities within the division.
- Format and proofread complex documents such as contracts, amendments, reports, newsletters, and manuals.
- Develop and manage a project of limited scope within the division.
- Make and prepare presentations and respond to questions from community groups and the general public.
- Prepare materials and publications for internal use.
- Represent the division on internal and external committees or task forces.
- Establish and run the division's professional development/training program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
- At least three years of experience providing senior-level support with the ability to lead process improvements.
