One of Seattle's largest printing companies is looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team.
They've been operating for over 80 years and work with well known businesses in the Northwest to produce a variety of printed products. As an Accounting Specialist, you'll be responsible for full cycle accounting and report directly to the controller.

Staff Accountant Job Duties:
- Assist with month end closing procedures
- Complete weekly AP/AR duties
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare GL entries
You'll be successful in this role if you are eager to learn, analytical and solutions oriented.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in an AP/AR Specialist, Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Well versed in GL accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Computer proficient with ability to learn new accounting software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Salary: $62,000 - $72,000/year
