Director of Facilities
The Director of Facilities is a senior management role responsible for ensuring that Kneaders property,
buildings, infrastructure, and assets are well-maintained, safe, and efficient to support the organization's
operations. The Director of Facilities will lead a team of maintenance staff and collaborate with various
departments to optimize facility performance and meet organizational goals. Overall, the Director of Facilities
plays a crucial role in ensuring that facilities support the organization's mission and objectives by providing a
safe, functional, and efficient environment for employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, vendors, external
- Extensive experience in restaurant facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field is
- A strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure, including basic plumbing, electrical

- Oversees the maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure operational
- Develops and implements maintenance procedures, schedules, and protocols to optimize facility
- Manages a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
- Coordinates and prioritizes maintenance and repair requests from various departments or locations.
- Oversight, management, and maintenance of company's fleet of vehicles.
- Ability to evaluate and select contractors, vendors, and suppliers for maintenance services and
- Develops and manages the facilities maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and
- Conducts regular inspections of Facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and
- Establishes, implements, and oversees preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment
