Looking for experienced talent for Sales & Customer Service to solidify sales and assist customers scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for influencing existing and potential customers. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs while functioning concurrently on multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized and conscientious, and able to deal with aggressiveness, complaint, sales and be able to independently problem solve but still also work well as a team. Salary is Hourly plus Commission.
You are someone who:
- Have Reliable Transportation
- Has ability to maintain a consistent work schedule that also will include some holidays and weekends.
- Has Experience handling Heavy Call Volume with multiple phone queues. Scheduling both current customers and helping to acquire New Business Clients with a Consulting Sales Approach.
- Can Multi-task and function on multiple platforms of communication, scheduling and documentation. Must be professional, courtesy and exercise empathy and call control.
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS experience in Telesales or similar Phone Sales/Customer service role. Must be able to field 100+ calls per day
- Has Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone & using livechat/email/Text/CRM functions all concurrently.
- Has a Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Has Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Is Proficient in English (bi-lingual a plus)
- Be Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Remote must meet specific equipment requirements and pass Remote Assessment
