We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service by answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues. A self driven, motivated person will have opportuniites to move up within the company!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to callers.
- Provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them as needed.
- Record customer information accurately in the system.
- Maintain customer records and update them as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
